I want to share some pretty amazing people with you. Entrepreneurs  who (just like you) have put their blood, sweat, and fears into what they are building and they’ve kicked resistance in the face with follow through.  Entrepreneurs  who’ve made goals. Vision boards.  And they have put themselves out there. They are learning to be vulnerable online. An authentic OG, just like you. Entrepreneurs who, despite starting years ago, saw some momentum and growth...they also need help overcoming the stagnant times.

I want to show you something...


I tried an experiment of looking for THE RIGHT people by using a specific tool (You’ll get a link in an email in 20 minutes, so stay with me here).

I began to look for the nano-influencers. The people who gave F*s about the people who engaged with them. Not the trolls who hang in groups, ask for vanity metrics, and then bully you in DMs.

{DISCLAIMER: NOT ALL PEOPLE IN GROUPS ARE TROLLS} But if you’ve encountered one, I’m praying for you, it’s a buzz kill to any coffee high and a straight to red wine at 11am scenario.

What I found is that when a posse of high vibe engagers and I powered together… we genuinely liked and gave some F*s. 

  • We commented.
  • We actually engaged.
  • We got to know one another.
  • We pushed one another to come out from behind our quotes and posts about memes to authentically SHARE and SHINE.

Think of this like a FIGHT CLUB, rule #1, we don’t talk about Fight Club.Except we were not fighting.
We were ENGAGING.
(And the only people we don’t “tell” this to is Facebook or Instagram directly)
More about that later...


Because here is the thing...if you spend enough time with anyone...There's an aspect of respect.

The Office was never my favorite show.But then...being without an office of my own, I used to put it on in the background, for co-workers, ya know?
Suddenly...I cared a LOT about Jim and Pam.Dwight is an unsung hero, hilarious, and weird AF.I would have kicked Angela out of the party planning committee.I digress.
I spent time with these people who in the beginning, were insignificant.

And I got to know them. To appreciate them. To respect them.


This is the result when you build community.

A REAL community of people who share overlap with you/your audience, and the common goal to be seen, be heard, and to rise in Influence.

This is not revolutionary concept.

You can find 10 pages that like you, follow them, like/love their content, invite them to engage with you and each of you focus on recruiting one new page a week to your engagement “pod” as they used to be called on Facebook Groups. 

When everyone does it - it gets epic results.

I will tell you the game plan.

You used to be able to run ads on Facebook or Instagram for ~$1 a day and get epic traffic to your pages, 1000s of impressions.

The ads were simple.Actual chimpanzees in a zoo could follow.

But these days, our prospective customers are clever AF.

So where will $30 get you?Nowhere. Maybe 300 impressions in 2 weeks. And that is NOT much when the average person needs to see something 5.6-8.7 times to start to trust you, maybe 19.7-22.8 times to purchase. THESE ARE SKEPTICAL TIMES WE LIVE IN.It may buy you 3 days on Facebook. And it’s not enough for an Algorithm to do anything for you.

I’m telling you ALL of this transparently.Gather your friends.If you know how to run a FB ad on Facebook or Instagram AND get everyone results, be my guest.

Running ads for years...

I remember when they were simple vs this rat maze of opt-ins and thresholds that seem to fail from avoiding simple optimizationTime and time again without testing (costs money) and optimization (takes skills and professional experience) these failures cost entrepreneurs like yourself $1000s in money spent and money not earned.

Consumers are getting wiser.Nobody wants that opt-in “Freebie” and ain’t nobody gonna give you their REAL email.

And if they do get it? Consume it?They do not want to do a Discovery session, least of all on the spot.

I will use my mother.I love her, she is what I refer to as a technological Dinosaur.Social Media scares her.

However, my mom has people she has known.Work. The community. Church. Etc etc.Within these people, 2-7% of my mothers people are:

(1) Into appreciating their wealth and investing small for large returns(Ahem, what I do for clients looking for funding)

(2) Into health, anti-aging, and overall wellness(My former 1st business was teaching Yoga, mom and dad supplied 1% of my student base, just think about this for a second. 5 of my clients came directly from my mother’s sphere of influence. WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DO:


You are expected to come up with a 22-30 day editorial calendar that may be used on both Facebook + Instagram.

You are expected to set up a segmented and tag-able BOT that will engage your fellow peers.

You are expected to do the legwork FOR your peers as much as possible (you will be given everything you need here to succeed).

You are expected to show up within 5-15 minutes of getting a notification during 2 parameter time spots of the day and engage (M-F) for the same engagement in return; failing to do this could result in being let go, no refunds from the group. Your peers are counting on you. You are counting on them. Commenting is strongly encouraged in addition to “liking” (reacting) or “loving” something.

You are expected to give your peers a 16 word synopsis of your post/post topic and the engagement question + 2-3 canned responses someone can use. This will help you get additional traction from others as well. 

Post all of your posts to stories. Set a timer for 23 hours after to snap a photo of your analytics. This is helpful for other engagement techniques which will be discussed. 

Implement all of the FREE tools which are suggested, making use of them within your media endeavors.

Supply a 1x a week post to the group with your analytics. After the initial 7 days, choose a day you can be consistent with, and stick to it.

Optimize your own profile and posts. This will be gone over within our member area.

Ask questions if you are stuck. During livestreams. Via support forms. In the member group. Sort things out in a compassionate, understanding oriented way between you and another group member(s). 100% of your member fee is going into advertising. This leaves $ZERO$ to pay for admins or community support at this time; after our initial 90 day campaign, this may change and there may be a fee for community support/access. You are purchasing access for one (1) person to Confluence Society (referred to below as the “Confluence Society,” the “Confluence Society Engagement,” “Product,” “Service,” or the “Program”) from Ashley M Jenkins Consulting and Coaching.

(The “Company,” “Consultant”, “we,” or “us”). You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase access to the Confluence Society.  

Confluence Society includes live course access, course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”). By purchasing access to Confluence Society, you agree to the Company’s Terms of Conditions and Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of Confluence Society and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company.

RULES

No Solicitation Within Confluence Society Member Area:You are not permitted to offer your services, sell your programs or products, or invite Confluence Society Members to do anything outside of the daily activity engagements with you within our specific group.

You are sternly discouraged from trying to sell your peers. If someone consumes your materials and seeks to work with you, your services, or purchase your products, this is between you/them.

 Confluence Society’s Group is not liable for both members choice to participate professionally outside of the Confluence Society Group/Advertising efforts and forum.

Confluence Society is a space for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free and sales-free environment.

Sharing affiliate links within the Confluence Society Member Area is not permitted.

Your failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your participation in Confluence Society without refund.

Confluence Society Rules:You agree to abide by Confluence Society Rules, which are available here and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
